“Get Paid To Watch Videos” Apps Really Work? I Tested 4 Apps (Real Results)

Do “Get Paid to Watch Videos” Apps Actually Work?

Many websites and YouTube videos claim you can earn free PayPal money simply by watching videos.
But is it real?
Can you really make money watching YouTube videos, ads, or short clips?

To find out, I tested 4 of the most popular apps and websites that promise to pay users for watching videos.
Here are my real results.

 1. Quolay Review — Is It Legit?

Quolay is a website where creators promote their videos, and users get paid to watch them.
The sign-up process is simple, and the rewards appear instantly in your dashboard.

My Results:

  • Earned $3.75 after watching 3 videos

  • Could NOT withdraw the money

  • Withdrawal requires a $5 payment

  • Only payout method was Payeer (not available in my region)

Verdict:
Quolay credits your account, but cashing out is extremely difficult.
This makes it unreliable for beginners.

2. Swash App — Earn by Browsing and Watching Videos?

Swash pays you for your browsing data and video activity.
They offer gift cards, PayPal rewards, and even crypto payouts.

However, after installing the Chrome extension and testing it for days, my balance remained at zero.
The “get paid to watch videos” feature did not work.

Verdict:
Legit platform, but video earnings didn’t track for me.

 3. Real Rush App — Watch Ads for Coins

Real Rush is an Android-only app that shows ads in exchange for coins.

My Results:

  • 3 ads per day limit

  • Less than $0.02/day in earnings

  • Ads often get stuck

  • Takes months to reach the $1 PayPal threshold

Verdict:
Real but extremely low-paying. Not worth the time.

4. Amazon MTurk — Does It Pay You to Watch Videos?

MTurk is one of the most trusted micro-task platforms, owned by Amazon.

While it offers many small tasks that pay (receipts, image comparison, surveys), I couldn’t find any tasks that allow you to earn money watching videos.

Verdict:
Legit platform, but not suitable if you want to earn by watching videos.

Final Verdict — Are These Apps Worth It?

After testing all four apps, the results are clear:
